Leap like a professional dancer
Yes, leaps are not a part of dancing at a club. But when it comes to professional dancing, leaps form a great part of a performance and can provide that extra thrill to it. Professional dancers seamlessly soar through the air when they leap. Some people of course have a natural ability for leaping, whereas others have to work at it a little harder. Most leaps in dance require tremendous strength and coordination to execute correctly. Here is a simple tip that can add a lot of charm to your leap:

Look Up

As you go into your leap, don’t forget to look up as this will help the rest of your body to follow. Looking down will keep you low to the ground and will make you look like you are slouching. As you approach your leap, fix your gaze on a high spot in the distance and jump to reach that spot, keeping your eyes fixed there. This not only allows you to jump higher, but also makes for a prettier, more graceful leap.
