Manage Your Own Self-Esteem Effectively
What is life without risk? And yes of course, taking risks is fraught with difficulties and dangers but we can keep going if we learn how to manage our own morale. The keys to morale management are working on your belief that things will turn out positively in the end and creating a support system to help you through tough times. This can be your own support group, the inspiration of people who've been there and done that, and keeping the whole process light.
Also, you need to learn to detach yourself from the details of every step when you take a risk. It is valuable to be able to distance ourselves from what we are involved in and take an objective position. Hence, we will be able to see what is going on without being in the fray. When we do that, we can accept criticism dispassionately and not personally. This helps us learn from our mistakes, correct our stance and grow. On the other hand, if you take failures very personally, your morale would be negatively affected.

You must cope with your loss
Losing loved ones is the worst nightmare for just about anyone. Coping up with the loss of a near and dear one can take a huge toll, both on our emotional and physical health. But to move on with life and to start living again, learning to constructively cope with this tremendous loss is essential.
Try to refocus on the positives in your life. Understand that you cannot let one loss affect your entire life. Instead, concentrate on the positives of your life, appreciate what you have instead of continuing to grieve on what you have lost and gain back control. Remember, that a life well lived is the best way to provide peace to the departed soul of the person/people you loved. People who find love, kindness, a goal in life and courage to chase that goal are better able to forgive and get past their grievances. They are able to accept the loss and build their lives around it. And must do the same- that is what the cycle of life demands.

Express anger constructively
Sometimes expressing anger is essential. If not expressed, it can keep festering and kill the kindness and the compassionate element in you. In the wake of the recent terror acts in Mumbai, any soul with a heart that beats would feel angry. The point is to not express this anger negatively and without a focus. Express your anger, but in such a way that it results into something fruitful. Express your anger in such a way that it starts a revolution- a revolution that eradicates the cause that resulted in the act of terror – resulting in your anger.
Not venting out anger can be psychologically dangerous as it can eat into a person’s mind, body and soul. On the other hand, expressing anger negatively or in an unfocused manner can unhinge a person morally, socially and even mentally. In fact, in this case, if anger about the terror acts is expressed negatively, it can make you one with the terrorists, placing you in the same cadre as theirs. Hence, learning to express anger constructively is important not only for your own mental and physical well being but also for that of the society. Express anger in a focused direction and with an attempt to heal to heal yourself and the society.

Serve others humbly to serve yourselves
Being humble is a difficult to master virtue and one that does not come cheap. It demands a lot from the person trying to acquire it and can even take the whole lifetime to excel in. It requires a great deal of will power to practice and demands that the person trying to follow it reduce his or her ego, which is a slippery obstacle to overcome. More often than not, foolish pride and uncalled for ego hinder your spiritual growth. When you start the process of serving others, your ego reduction process goes under way and the spiritual growth begins. But take care to see that this does not turn out to be an ego building exercise.
When we do deeds that reduce the control of our ego over reality we feel the presence of the Super Power, commonly referred to as God. There are many creative ways to experience this. You could read to a blind person for instance, or help an old man cross the road or carry a bag full of veggies for an old lady from the market to her home. Whatever be the act, the underlying theme of serving others is the one that is important.
When we selflessly serve others, we are serving ourselves, enhancing our own spiritual and emotional maturity. When your heart is open, you feel good about serving others. Try it!

Affirm to yourself to fulfill your dreams
Affirmations are the force of creation. Affirmations are one of the simplest and the most powerful things we can do to tap into our mind power. And tapping into our mind power changes the quality of our lives. Affirmations help us create, achieve and attain the things we want. And this is what you need to do. Affirm what you know to be true in your heart to create it as reality.
If your heart wants it desperately and with a clear focus with no malice, it will be yours. Affirm that you are free, and strong, and attractive, and prosperous, and loving. This will help in changing your outer world as a reflection of your changing inner consciousness. Affirm and you shall have. That is the hidden secret the whole universe operates on. Try it!
