Wanna preserve your brain? Move your feet!
The Einstein Aging Study, reviewed in June 19, 2003 New England Journal of Medicine, found that dancing actually helps prevent Dementia. In this particular study Dementia refers to both Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia.

The study included participants in six brain-stimulating hobbies - reading, writing for pleasure, doing puzzles, board games or playing cards, group discussions and playing music.

Dance was the only physical activity found to benefit the brain. This was attributed to the cerebral rather than the physical aspect of dance. I believe this emphasizes the importance of enrolling in a regular program of dancing. The need to learn and remember numerous dance movements produces a consistent and very advantageous challenge to one’s brain.

Fitness, both mental and physical, often begins with one's state of mind. Mental sharpness comes from mental exercise and if you're dancing, you're not sitting at home watching TV or feeling sorry for yourself. Among mind stimulating activities, dancing is unique in that it also provides beneficial physical exercise. It also is a form of cardio exercise and dance movements give shape to your muscles.

Cleanse those pores with a little steam!
What’s the best way to thoroughly deep clean your pores? Steaming!

Steaming the face at least once every week helps release debris that might be embedded into your skin. Steam helps expand any clogged pores and soften the skin which in turn makes it easier to cleanse the impurities, the traces of makeup, the dust, the sebaceous (oil) secretions as well as the dead skin cells.

Boil a pan of water with herbs (for oily skin you can use lemon; for sensitive and dry skin use chamomile or lemon; for normal skin use rosemary) and steam your face for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

And voila, you’ll have clean and supple skin in no time!
